European Institute of Chemistry and Biology in Pessac

The European Institute of Chemistry and Biology (EICB) is an incubator of international and multidisciplinary research teams.

Today, the EICB is the largest ‘project hotel’ recognised by the CNRS (French National Centre for Scientific Research). Many research teams, technicians and students work there every day.

The organisation offers a space to rent that can be converted on request into offices and/or ‘light’ business premises. The space measures around 350 m² and can be divided into sections.

The building is surrounded by a patio and green spaces, which also means that the rooms inside get plenty of sunlight.

Accessible by public transport:

• Tram: line B, stop ‘Doyen Brus’, around 200 metres from the building.
• Train: Bordeaux Saint-Jean train station, located around 3.5 km away (LGV/TGV and TER).

By car:

• Bypass: easy access from the Bordeaux bypass A630 - exit 16 - Talence Domaine Universitaire.
• Motorway: near the A63 to Spain and the A62 to Toulouse.
